All Deal Return and Refund Policy
All our products come with 14 days refund, 30 days replacement, 1 year warranty after-salesservice. (The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial recipient).We accept the returns only on the condition that the product you bought from us itself is defective and it should within the warranty period.

Return Processing
If you are unsatisfied with a product, electronic products cannot be returned. If your electronic product is working correctly, but you still wish to return it, that is not possible.
Return Conditions
You may choose to exchange the product or receive a full refund of the original purchase price. Refunds for returned items will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive the returned items, we will credit your account. However, please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement (not because we are holding your money but because credit card companies may be slow to confirm the refund).
Please read all return conditions below, as failure to meet all conditions gives us the right to refuse returns or charge a 25% restocking fee:
- All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in new condition, in the original packaging, and must include all packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- We may decide to repair defective items or replace them with an equivalent model from the same manufacturer.
- All Deal is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any product purchased from us—our responsibility is limited to the monetary value of the product.
